Lately I have noticed myself thriving for a healthier life,a better person, and someone who actually appreciates me. I mean, sure, you do something for someone and it's the norm they say "I appreciate it" but do they really?
You see the problem with society today is that if you do something for someone they expect more, and you expect them do something for you. Sometimes it doesn't happen, but most of the time it does. It is hard to say no. Things just aren't the same.
Another example, if there is a girl or guy, you like, your being 'nice' and doing something you think the girl or guy would appreciate just to find they want nothing to do with you and have no interest and well just find you plain annoying. One then seems to get depressed and just sulks often prompting the question 'what is wrong?' Then you have the situation that you like the person, know they don't like you, but still have the greatest feelings for them. Do you give up or just keep fighting?..... Well I am a man, and you know what. If you like someone you will show them just how much your feelings are for them.... Don't get to excited, if you find yourself to have class more than likely the girl wants nothing to do with you.
Is it me, or are times really changing?
